A Chelcee is one of those people that never fail to make you smile, at first she’s shy but when you get to know her she’s really outgoing. She is there for a talk 24/7 and you can always depend on her to pull through for you if you’re having a tough time. She will stand up for you no matter what so if you ever come across a Chelcee, keep her!
