Term used to define sexual our witty comment made in jest. Cheeky means you are flippant, have too much lip or are a bit of a smart arse! Generally you are considered to be a bit cheeky if you have an answer for everything and always have the last word.

Cheeky - "Eee you cheeky monkey" was what my mother said to me all the time when I was a kid.

Name for a person containing incredible amounts of awesomeness through use of sarcasm. This person generally is very sexually desirable and loves to hear their significant other call them by this name. Whomever is called this name is certainly a demi-god among men.

Cheeky Monkey 

A person who exhibits a need for control, mainly through conversing, and has a predisposition for using pun and sarcasm as the means, usually thrown in to get the last word or maintain dominance of the conversation and its contents.

I told a friend of mine that I was experiencing respiration problems. She returned a statement about the humidity being so high. I said I hadn't been outside in days - then she said how much I meant to her with three consecutive instant messages, and threw in, "humidity effects us wherever we are", at the very end of her loving onslaught. - that is a "cheeky monkey"
