Someone who never seems to say anything until you mention it. They will then insult you in an exact way and remain silent.

Frank: Yeah but I prefer it when it's kinda complicated or with mc'ing over it.
Joe: I get what you mean.
Jasper: Yeah.

Joe: Why aren't you saying anything dan?
Dan: Shutthefuckup!
