A sudden and aggressive wave of unsolicited criticism, beauty advice, or self-improvement recommendations delivered at the absolute worst possible time.

Unlike a shark attack, a Chak-attack is rarely physically fatal — but emotionally, the victim may never fully recover.

Example:

“We were already late for the airport when my mom launched into a full Chak-attack about my sister needing highlights, a haircut, and better posture while she was driving us through busy urban traffic.”

Example 2:

“Please don’t Chak-attack me before coffee.”
