Casiotone 

refers to a series of home electronic keyboards released by Casio Computer Co. These first keyboards used a sound synthesis technique known as Vowel-Consonant synthesis to approximate instrument sounds (albeit not very accurately).
can also make realtime drum beats. ----in all its just a musical groups insterments put on a single keyboard or multiple keyboards.

He uses multiple Casiotones to create a genre that is very unique.

Casiocore 

Originally a project called Casiocore, it became it's own genre.

Casiocore is music made completely with Casio keyboards and other Casio products.

It usually sounds very 80's.

I just bought a casio keyboard so now we can play kick as Casiocore.
