Carolina Toe Pie

The Carolina Toe Pie is the act of sticking one's toes in a cow pie (basically cow shit/manure), removing them from said "pie" in which a friend or partner proceeds to suck it off your toes and thereafter starts frenching kissing you with shit still in mouth.
