Car mackerel

A car mackerel is a whole mackerel that you've brought (preferably from your local fish monger) that remains in situ in your car. Said mackerel is used to slap pedestrians from the window of your moving car.

I saw this local homeless man as I was driving and gave him a slap with the car mackerel.
