Someone who bogarts the joint uses all the dabs or smokes the stash up before everyone else can get some. A Terminator of your Cannabis Stash, it can even be a Cat.
That guy is such a cannabinator, if you smoke a joint with him make sure it's half gone before you pass it. Don't leave them alone with your stash, they're cannabinators (pl). My Dog just went cannabinator on me
