Someone who is the source of pain. Or a person who brings the pain.

Girl 1: Did you see what Mark did to Tim?
Girl 2: Yeah, he totally-
Teacher : Detention the two of you!
Girl 2: Ugh, (rolls her eyes) he a total bringer of pain!
