The tantrum thrown by grown middle to upper age white males and females who feel as if they have earned the right to always get their way and should be seen as superior to all others.

Boomersitting 

Verb.- One of the primary unwritten job duties of millennials (and formerly Gen Xera before they got promoted). Involves laboriously walking aging baby boomers (who would have retired already if they had responsibly saved instead of spending $70,000 of HELOC money redoing their kitchens three years in a row) through basic tasks involving the use of computers, and often painstakingly automating the portions of their jobs that make everyone else’s life harder because they always fuck it up. In general, they both call you a genius and bemoan you “overcomplicating” things you’ve actually made significantly simpler, because their ability to learn new tasks is essentially gone.

“I got sick of boomersitting Greg through running those reports and then fixing his errors, so I wrote a macro to do it. He doesn’t make the same mistakes anymore, but now he spends the ten minutes he used to spend asking me how to do the reports complaining that the old way was much simpler and I should stop messing with things.”

Boomeritis 

Boomeritis is an illness that forces the infected to talk like old British men from the 1800’s. It can be fatal in some situations, but the worst cases tend to only cause lasting damage to the brain and how it functions.

Boomerfication 

The process of taking every single aspect of the "American Dream" that you grew up with, and regulating, outsourcing, outlawing, taxing, and inflating all of it so that you, and you alone will ever get to enjoy it, leaving your children and grandchildren to pick up the pieces. All while making fun of them for not "pulling themselves up by the bootstraps, shaking the managers hand, and start earning a decent living just like I did!"

I wanted to go to college, but thanks to boomerfication is just isn't worth it anymore.

boomeritis 

A variety of aches, pains and musculoskeletal ailments and injuries seen in increasing frequency in the active baby boomer population. These include tendinitis, bursitis, arthritis and "fix-me-itis".
