The equivalent of being hung over, but with Marijuana instead of alcohol.

Being tired, lazy, and/or slow in the morning from a night of smoking the dank.

Person 1: I can't even get out of bed right now. We smoked a quarter of bomb ass kush last night.

Person 2: Damn, bro. You're blazed over.
