Beur is a slang term for woman commonly used in the west of Ireland. It is not considered a derogatory term but is usually only used by teenagers and young adults.

French slang word meaning a person of North African origin living in France. Comes from the word 'arabe' in French, which the syllables of are then (as typical in Verlan slang)reversed to become 'beur'.

In the film La Haine, the character Said who we are first introduced to, might be called a 'beur' in French slang.

The word is said have someone disrespect/diss/tease's someone ; to make fun of someone; used by a third party after a first party makes fun of a second party.

This word is most commonly used in Toronto and usually said my brown people.
