Belay Slave

A belay slave is someone you've hired for the day (usually payment in beer, weed whatever) to belay you while you work on a rock climbing project.

Frank was my belay slave all weekend til I finally connected the last two moves on that 5.13+.

Saved by the Belly

When you're not tryinna smash your SO so you tell'em your stomach hurts. Or even better, when they say they're tummy hurts.

I lucked out and was saved by the belly whence he started taking off his pants then suddenly collapsed on the floor from stomach pains.
