A portly woman with no bodily features other than her stout barrel shape, who typically takes jobs at low rent places such as Wal Mart McDonald's. She would typically be pursued by a mexican with few other prospects.

Guy 1: Dude did you hear Carlos asked Barrel girl out yesterday?

Guy 2: Yeah he didn't really have any other options.

Guy 1: He took her to the Mcdonald's she works at so he could get a discount.

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
