A descriptive portmanteau (merged word), meaning 'Arrogant Ginger Cunt.'

Specifically, this descriptive term is intended for use when relating to acutely petulant, immature, and pugnacious females, whom seem to be totally incapable of behaving in a manner anywhere near that which could be seen as remotely socially acceptable.
