Someone turned on by math, someone sexually attracted to math, usually an introvert.

"You see that arithmesexual over there?"
"Who her?"
"Yeah, apparently secant functions turn her on."
"What in fresh fuck?"

One who loves only math and other nerdy pursuits; one who is too nerdy to get any except from his math. Also an adjective with basically the same meaning.

Jake is such an arithmasexual, he sits next to me and keeps going on and on about this theorem he invented for geometry.
