Antiphraxis

The systematic practice of doing the opposite of what you profess to believe or value. Beyond occasional hypocrisy—this is a consistent pattern where actions directly contradict stated principles.
From Greek: anti- (against) + praxis (practice/action)
"My ex kept saying communication was everything in our relationship, but refused to talk about any real issues. Total antiphraxis."
"The company's mission statement says 'people first' but they just cut benefits while giving executives bonuses. Classic antiphraxis."
"Dude preaches about loyalty constantly but throws everyone under the bus the moment it benefits him. That's not hypocrisy anymore—that's antiphraxis."
