The act of an Amhara person explaining to Oromos the true nature of Ethiopian tyranny; an Amhara person explaining sociopolitical events and/or history to Oromos as though they are ignorant children; an Amhara person explaining to Oromos that what they think will benefit themselves, i.e. protesting injustice or demanding referendum be held for Oromia to secede from Ethiopia, will in fact harm them.
Hiwot ahmarasplained to activists at the #OromoProtests that her husband is Oromo and that we should unite and that we are all Ethiopians.
