Agentic SME

An Agentic Subject Matter Expert (Agentic SME) brings together deep expertise in a specific domain (like healthcare, manufacturing, or finance) with specialized training in AI systems. While traditional Subject Matter Experts focus solely on their field, Agentic SMEs have the additional ability to guide, monitor, and enhance AI systems within their area of expertise, ensuring these systems complement rather than replace human judgment.

For example, a Healthcare Agentic SME would be an experienced medical professional who has developed the additional skills to effectively work with and oversee medical AI systems, combining their clinical knowledge with an understanding of AI capabilities to improve patient care while maintaining medical standards.
Simple usage:
"The hospital hired a Healthcare Agentic SME to oversee their new AI diagnostic system."
In context:
"Dr. Chen isn't just a cardiologist - as a Healthcare Agentic SME, she ensures the AI screening tools enhance rather than replace clinical judgment."
Complex situation:
"During the system outage, the Manufacturing Agentic SME quickly identified that the AI had misinterpreted normal machine vibrations as defects, demonstrating why domain expertise combined with AI knowledge is so crucial."
Real-world dialogue example:
"We need someone who really understands both the financial regulations and how the AI makes decisions," said the CEO. "Sounds like you're looking for a Financial Services Agentic SME," replied the consultant.
Professional setting:
"The quality control issues we're seeing aren't just technical problems - they're showing us why we need a dedicated Manufacturing Agentic SME who can bridge the gap between our traditional processes and the new AI inspection system."

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
