ridiculous situations. It realeases a very high-pitched frequency, so high that the bears in Alaska peak over to California to see what that noise was. Only cool people and Alaskan bears can hear it.

EXCEPTION: Natalie P. can use this phrase whenever she wants. Because she's cooler than you. And she already has a lisp anyway, so it's okay.
