80/20 rule

The belief that in a relationship, you'll never get 100% of what you want, so at most you get 80%. But some other person may come along and have that missing 20% you don't have. Some folks fall for the 20% just to realize they should've stayed for their original 80%. C/O Tyler Perry's "Why Did I Get Married?"
"Damn, my co-worker is so HOT and incredibly funny!"
"Think about the 80/20 rule, Becky. Think about it."

"Dawg! She is baaaad...34/22/36. Damn i would so hit that..."
"Whoa man; 80/20 rule dawg. Lisa is a good wife..."

20/80 rule

The rule guys refer to when they think about cheating on their wives/girlfriends.

Their wife/girlfriend is the 80%: she cooks, cleans, gives him all her loving, and has decent sex. But it's never 100%.

The girl he wants to cheat on her with is the 20%: she's very pretty, has a great body, and is perfect at sex. However, she's a slob/druggie/junky/alchy.

(Seen in Tyler Perry's "Why Did I Get Married?")
Bill: "I don't know, man. My wife's just not cutting it in the sex department, ya know?"
Joe: "20/80 rule, dude... think about it..."

20-80 Rule

In any nightclub in America you go to, 20 percent of the guys there are getting 80 percent of the action. The other 80 percent of the guys are usually too chicken shit to do anything but watch the hot girls dance while sipping on their drinks and getting horny.
Always remember the 20-80 rule when you go out.

funiosity

The art of being peculiar, but in an amusing fashion.
"Wow, look at that dog running on three legs"

A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.
1 “Socks! Those aren’t socks you smelly git, they’re toe rags!”
2 “What have you been cooking? Smells like toe rag!”
3 “I can smell ‘er fanny from ‘ere, proper toe rag.”
4 That Heale Malcolm is a right toe rag.

Eternity leave

When some resigns or retires from a job, they are on "eternity leave". This can also refer to someone who has passed away, especially someone who worked somewhere for a long time, retired/resigned, then passed away later.
Oh I'm sorry, you didn't know that Kelly is on eternity leave? She resigned and moved to Hawaii!

With regrets I would like to inform you that my boss is officially on eternity leave. I will never see or hear them again. Ever.

The hypothetical man (often a sinister character who decided not to go to boot camp) that is doing your girlfriend/wife while you are on deployment overseas.
Ain't no use in goin home,
Jody's got your girl and gone.
Ain't no use in goin back,
Jody's got your Cadillac,
Ain't no use in feeling blue,
Jody's took your checkbook too.
