The rule in rugby union (section 10, paragraph 4, part k) that lets a referee penalise "unsportsmanlike behaviour", which is handy if you have nfi why you just blew the whistle. From the players' point of view, it's a bit dodge because it gives the ref the power to blow anything. It is perhaps this frequent blowing that has led to speculation that all referees are gay.

texas sized 10-4, often used by hicks (mainly from Ontario), means I agree, or yes. it may also mean I understand depending on the context
"hey wanna go pick of some gophers with a 22 down by the roadside"
