A hashtag, used to denote posts for their cringiness, invoked by pictures with so-called "deep" words and/or phrases. Similarly to r/im14andthisisdeep, you use the hashtag on the platforms where linking subreddits is not supported.
For example, you can use it on Facebook since it doesn't support linking subreddits by "r/".
