Usually they are seen with a stained wife-beater, no bra, bare stained feet, and a child on their hip dressed in only an overflowing shit diaper. They usually "chest-up" to passing cars they don't recognize and say the words "what bitth" (lisp) when looked at. AKA- CurbCritters, Scurve, Sped, and Dirtheads.
