Bitch next door disease

When someone just compulsively makes bitch noises right outside of your door or window or the wall next to your head while you try to sleep. Often on drugs, most likely narcotics and/or alcohol, the infected person will not be able to stop afflicting those within the noise's vicinity until they become tired. Benzos are recommended.
