An off brand version of The Stranger. With the stranger one would sit on his hand to cut off the blood supply to the hand so then upon masturbating it would feel as if a stranger was performing the act; the danger is instead of numbing ones hand, one would take floss and tie it around the genital area causing the area to lose blood flow and become numb...
