Overly-cautious driving after news of impending winter weather has been announced. Most frequently seen in southern United States urban areas.
Dude, would you please drive faster than 15 mph. The snow isn't due for another eight hours. Do not show me preemptive driving!

when a person assaults another person by means of several rocks/gravel in hand, while in a fleeing vehicle.
Rock drive-by - Girl gets pissed off by someone she's dating. While he's standing outside the local club, she picks up a handful of rocks/gravel and ask her friend to pull up beside him in the car. At that point and time, she unloads the handful of rocks on the victim and they drive off. Terrible, right? hahahaha!

When you are walking past two or more people having a conversation, and not knowing the context, often perceive it as inappropriate or funny.
(Man walks by)
Guy 1: Yeah she's really taking it hard.
Guy2: yeah it sounds like all that vibration is killing her bones.
Man 1: That's a drive-by conversation if I ever seen one.
