Term used to describe a bi-polar individual, or someone with a split personality. Also, to describe the rapid-fire ability of someone to go from one emotion to another, much like the sidekick/pal of He-man on Masters of the Universe.

Action Man head

Action Man head is an unfortunate stage during growing back hair from being really short. Eg. After shaving of a Mohawk. The hair reaches a stage where it is longer than it was but still too short to do anything with. The result means the bearers head, closely resembles that of an action man doll, both in terms of look and feel.

Aw dude, I really regret shaving off my Mohawk, I've totally got action man head

Power bitchslap to the face. Must have a big windup and delivered with such force the intended targets head is snapped sideways. Usually handed out by a very pissed off person or big muscley beefcake. Sound of the slap can be heard down the street. Hard enough to pop eyeballs from the sockets and loosen teeth.

Man in car syndrome

Man in car syndrome is when a woman who is having car trouble of some type takes a man (mechanic, co-worker, friend, etc.) for a drive to have him observe the problem and help her diagnose the problem or get it fixed, only to have the problem absolutely REFUSE to reoccur while the man is in the car, thus frustrating her.

After several weeks of her car stalling almost every time she tried to accelerate when it was cold, Jenn took her friend Keith for a ride so he could help her diagnose the problem. But, unfortunately, probably due to man in car syndrome, she couldn't make the car stall and it ran flawlessly. Needless to say, she was frustrated. The whole thing was a hog mount.
