Someone who excessively bothers you at work and invites you to a Chinese Buffet. If you say, 'No,' he calls you racist and tells you that you probably grew up learning to be racist against Chinese people. After suggesting another place, he says you have no life.

Guy 1: "Wanna go to a Chinese Buffet." Guy 2: "Nah, how about a pizza joint?" Guy 1: "Stop being such a racist pussy, and come to the Chinese Buffet." Guy 2: "Stop being an Winger, and come to the pizza joint."
