Flash track refers to the next level of a "fast track" project whereby the schedule stretches the limits of what is possible to do in the time framed allowed.

Person 1: This is a flash track"projet.
Person 2: Don't you mean FAST track?
Person 1: No, this project needs to be done faster than fast.
