Get the blogger mug.Blogdecs first appeared on the Web in the mid-naughts as novelties, but gained widespread attention in 2011 when they were established as Standard Communications Rights Units (SCRUs) in the Internet Communications Rights and Privacy Compromise Act. Proposed by President Rodham as a response to the chaos of the Great Society Divide of 2009-2010, it allowed each citizen, whether In or Out, the right to post up to 100 words per day on publicly available blogsites. Entries exceeding that number of words, or exhibiting "irregularities" were rejected. Most postings were exactly 100 words to take full extent of that citizen's rights.
