An obese, disgusting slob, who is also a convicted sex offender currently serving a sentence of 10 years probation due to his fondling of 12 year old girls. His actions were glorified by his nephew Bam "aka Sellout" Margera, on the show Viva La Bam. While any normal person would put him in an insane asylum, his antics brought better ratings to the show, thus his outrageous actions were encouraged.

Looks like we won't see much of Don Vito, cause he's in jail for the next decade.
