In Poker, it is the absolute worst hand possible. It is when you end-up with 3 black cards and 2 red cards, or vice-versa. There can be no pairs, a shit hand. Loses to a toilet flush and every other hand.

When a close friend, family member or lover/partner continues to lament about a personal issue that he or she refuses to deal with but wants to harp on end about it the whole time you spend together, praying for sympathy although that person has no intention of ever ending the situation? It's just that they really want to put the monkey on your back for a little while but really will have no plans on resolution? They are trying to leave the crap in your toilet and keep theirs clean and toxic free.
