Similar to the phrase "No Homo" in that it is said before or after a statement that may sound gay, or in this case, racist.

White Person 1: Do you like my new car?
White Person 2: Naw, I don't like black... No Racist.

Black Person: Dude, you need to go shopping for food for the party tonight, don't get crackers tho, cuz I don't like Crackers... No Racist.

Closet Racist

Someone who harbors a lot of racism inwardly yet doesn't express it outwardly in an attempt to come across as a nice person. Majority of them will say they support Donald Trump because "he tells it like it is", meanwhile they truly relate to his policies of xenophobia.

Mr. VonClownstick: Your brother seems like such a nice guy, I'm surprised he supports Donald Trump.
Mr. Drumpf: He's really a closet racist, I heard him murmuring about how the "Wetbacks" were coming for his job.

A phrase you can add to the beginning of any statement, no matter how racist, and make it not racist.

White Guy: "Not to be racist, but my IQ is definitely higher than yours, because you're black."
Black Guy: "Ok! I appreciate your sensitivity to racism in this day in age, friend!"
White Guy: "Don't call me that. I'm not friends with blacks."
