Purple neck is a hardworking, hunting, fishing, truck driving, off-roading, rodeoing, skiing, farming, gardening, country music listening, person of color. Typically a Purple neck is Black, but they can also be Latino, Asian, and Native American.

A person of color who particates in activities that society calls Redneckish.

Overall best people to be around. When you find you a Nengi, hold on to them.
