Originating in online gaming, "go next" refers to giving up on the current match for one reason or another in order to play another, hopefully with better or less toxic teammates.
Player 1:"Ugh, had to deal with a flaming jungler in my last League game. Total free win if he didnt have such a bad attitude."
Player 2: "Oh well, go next, nothing you can do about that."

Basically meaning the game is already lost (no matter at what point this is said, even at the start of the game) give up, and go to the next game. Giving up or announcing its a lost cause.
“We got this shitcan master peak smurf on our team, gg go next”
“This guy just ulted nothing and then died to air, gg go next”

Next go-around I guess I'll work harder.
Dad do you think next go-around we will beat the other team?
