A type of delicacy in asian culture. We eat it either slow cooked or grilled on the spot. You can either put salt or paprika on it to add flavor and texture. I would recommend not eating it with an asian friend as they would absolutely fucking demolish that shit in 2.3 seconds.

E.g. REAGAN was asked if he knows anyone that could help out with person "X"

In return they will pay this person accordingly.

Person "A" was found and help was successful.

BUT.. person "A" was never paid.

This was due to the selfishness also defined as "DOG act" of REAGAN spending the payment he was meant to give person "A"

Following this "DOG act" REAGAN hasn't returned phone calls and messages from person "A"
