the meat hook is when you find a pregnant lady ( doesnt matter if she is a friend or stranger) then you bring her into a house. after getting her and kidnapping the pregnant women you will grab a big hook to grab stuff with. you will then ram it up the girls vagina. you will then reach in and hook the fetus of the baby inside and then pull it out. then you may have sex with the babies fetus and when your done with that you can then lasso the mom with the babies umbilical cord to then having sex with the mom. the mom always is happy after she just saw her baby having sex. yay
