Tuesday Night Disco refers to a special disco in which mostly caters for male homosexuals.

e.g. Telling a guy that they're in for the Tuesday Night Disco would effectively calling them gay.

Guy 1: Did you hear about Pete kissing all those guys when he was drunk the other night?

Guy 2: Yeah I'd always kinda suspected he was in for the Tuesday Night Disco.

An undercover method of describing a bitchy person. Can be used directly to their face if they don't know the term.

Much like an actual disco ball obnoxiously reflects light in all directions, a "shiny disco ball" feels the need to display their douchbaggery attitude to everyone around them.
