Cracker Hangnail is a term used in the south for someone of any race dating a white person. Usually it is used jokingly within context of a situation in which someone has said jungle fever or Siagon Headache.

Bob- Look at that woman with that black guy, she has jungle fever

A term used by southern blacks to describe a low down, sorry white person, esp. one engaged in corrupt behavior. It is lower and more despicable than just saying "cracker".

"George Bush doesn't care about blacks! He's a dirty cracker".

"Can you believe that dirty cracker? He wouldn't hire me because I'm black!"
