A word pronounced as "Road Strokin'" is a term used as of late 2012 to describe when a man is "stroking" himself in the road to passing cars.

A phone call made by a person who is bored during a long drive, in hopes that the call recipient will entertain him/her for a not insignificant portion of the journey.

I didn’t realize that Paul’s call was a Road Ring until he casually mentioned that he had 2 hours left on his drive back from the Hamptons.
