A term used to get the attention of someone who is needlessly wound up about something, and get them to calm down.

Person A: "I can't believe it! Could you take any longer? We're going to be late for the movie" *Starts to hyperventilate*

Person B: "Yo-relax dude, we'll still get there before the previews are over"

These two words can be used in many ways, like insulting or talking about someone's mother. Of course, the things people joke about are entirely inappropriate, usually. Sometimes they aren't too bad.
