Errand date

Can be pronounced with two "d"s (e.g., errand date) or one “d” (e.g. errandate).

Noun. A romantic outing involving two people where one or both of the participants’ central or peripheral motivation is the search for and/or purchase of goods. Due to time constraints, the drudgery or enjoyment of shopping for household items and groceries, and/or the desire to make cooperative purchases, this type of outing is often undertaken by couples after a committed relationship is established. However, just as errands can be mistaken for a leisure activity (see definition of “errand”), the errand date can be mistaken by the person in search of goods as an enjoyable activity for their companion. Suggesting or partaking in this type of date prior to the establishment of a relationship (i.e., during the courtship stage) is tacky, selfish, and a strong clue that the person in search of goods is not able or willing to set aside time centered around getting to know a romantic partner.

For our first date, this guy asked me if I wanted to go to IKEA with him. An errand date for a first date? I think not.

good enough for the girls we date

When someone says something like "that's good enough" a person says "good enough for the girls we date."
It can either be a compliment or derogatory towards the girlfriend.
Saying it's good enough may imply it means it's the best for her or maybe means it's only her and it's good enough.

Jesse: "The eggs are cooked good enough"

blind date

Where you get really drunk or blind, meet someone and agree to go on a date but when you are sober you can't really remember what they look like, who they are or any details about the meeting except that you met them. Sometimes even friends have to tell you these details.

They call and you agree to go on a date anyway and awkwardly look around looking for someone slightly recognisable and spend the time trying to obtain any small details to piece together the night you met.

hate date

When a guy dates a girl to boost his own ego, while cheating on her or generally degrading her to break her down. Often exemplified by pretty girl haters, athletes and frat boys. Behaviors include but are not limited to: verbal abuse, mindfucking, and golden showers.

That Sig Ep tried to hate date me because I looked exactly like the girl who wouldn't give him the time of day in high school.
