The word to use when you feel that someone is acting out. When you feel someone is over acting, being to loud, doing more than they should.

Where someone cuts off the bottom of a plastic cup and puts their balls in a cup and begins to teabag a member of the opposite or same sex.

The act of covering your balls lower then they really are to make it look like you have a big penis.

Micro Balling 

Luxury on a very small or temporary scale, usually due to budget restrictions.

I just turned my air condition down to 50 so I could drink some hot coffee in the afternoon. That's micro balling.

We are going micro balling in Vegas for 3 days. I saved all year for that weekend.
