Getting beaten with the ugly stick means your personality and the way you behave towards people is so ugly that somebody along time ago must have beaten you with the ugly stick over and over because you’re basically trying to inflict the same ugly that the ugly dick caused onto you onto others.

Vanessa is such a bitch. She’s always angry. She doesn’t need to be that way. I think the problem is she got beaten with the ugly stick way too much throughout life. And now she wants everyone to feel the same ugly she’s felt. Well that’s not our problem!

The Big Ugly

The budget bill in the State of New York where all the controversial policies are stuffed and the bill is passed towards the end of the budget process with minimum time for public examination and debate. In Albany, it's colloquially called the big ugly which comes as in a package of all the controversial policy combined with all the major priorities so it's harder to vote no on.

The Education bill is the Big Ugly this year, that's where the bail reforms are.
