A Floop is a word for when someone confused. Mentally and physically. Like you have no idea what you have to do when you were just told what to do.

*Teacher explains what they have to do for a project*
Person 1 - Ok, let's get to work!
Person 2 - What do we have to do, again?
Person 1 - Ughhh! You are such a floop!!!
Person 2 - Yeah ... sorry
Person 1 - *Explains again*
Person 2 - Wait, what???

When something out of the ordinary happens to pop out/up. Can be used to describe anything that's floppy. Anything that suprises you can be described as a flomper/fwomper.
