When your boss comes in, tells you all his ideas in a trauma-dump fashion, and then walks away.
Basically a scare tactic to cause anxiety about ideas and situations that aren’t really a big deal.
Picture someone writing all their ideas or fears out on a whiteboard with messy scribble-like hand writing, and leaving you to decide what it truly means. Should you be nervous? Or is this man projecting?
