This is a common word that is utilized when describing someone who is the best of the best of not only women but people in general. The opposite of a Karen. Even if she has one as a mom.

A Sara is usually very unique in numerous ways.

An example would be a 4"11' tattooed girl without a Napoleon complex that owns her own food prep business and comes from southeast Pennsyltucky.
