a goth who listens to metal music but still have the qualities of a goth and dresses metal and goth together some times they are mistaken for metal heads well they are not metal heads listen to metal music yes but they dont have the qualities of a goth

Barbie-goth

A barbie-goth is a person who have two sides, a happy side which is barbie and unhappy side which is gothic. So sometimes feels like barbie and dresses cheerful with often wearing pink color. But when feeling down dressing in total black feeling very gothical. So their closet is filled with barbie and gothic cloths.

You'll never know when she shows up wearing pink or black... Well depends what mood she's in... Such a Barbie-goth!

passive goth

A person who has a passive fascination with gothic subjects (the night, despair, the night, wearing black, Hot Topic, Tim Burton, the night, etc.), but compared to an active goth, could not be identified as goth immediately on sight. They tend to not take the more dramatic lifestyle commonly associated with other goths, and are considered "moderate" in comparison. Can usually be identified by wearing all black and/or having a dark sense of humor. Not to be confused with emos or beatniks.

"You see that guy over there?"

"The art student in a black sweater and sunglasses."
"Oh, you mean the passive goth."
"Passive goth?"
"Yeah, you know, a goth that you wouldn't think was a goth till you ask them about how their day went. Shit gets creepy really quick."

goth

there is nothing wrong with goths like me who just wear a lot of black and are depressed. I hate that a lot of people say that no one has a real reason for being depressed. I think that this is not a nice thing to do because they do not know what is going on in the life of that person, saying that they have no reason to be depressed may be hurting their feelings.

I think that most goths are ok apart from the ones who think they are cool just because they intimidate others. I do not think that walking around wearing black lipstick makes you cool. I have nothing against those who have a strong reason to be depressed as I do, but I do not like people who enjoy hating others.

I would also like to mension that this website is stupid, it is inviting people to insult others. Why can everyone not just accept what other people think. I hate anyone who thinks that they're opinion is always right and that they are better then everyone else.

This is my opinion and I am not going to force anyone to agree with me but I just felt that the way people treat others on this site is wrong and that your should think twice about what you write before you end up hurting someones feelings.


Ps: I am not a teeny, or some soppy kid who wants everyone to love each other, I just know the effect things like this can have on other people.
