A phrase used when someone says something that could be taken the wrong way.
NOTE: Severely annoying when overused.

Person 1: Why is this so hard?
Person 2: That's what she said!

P1: Hang on, let me grab my pencil.
P2: That's what she said!

P1: That is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen.
P2: That's what sh-
P1: SHUT THE HELL UP!!!

that's what you said

Similar to that's what she said, but much more useful because it works in any situation. When you say this to someone else, it will most likely confuse the other person.

Anuj: I ate curry last night.
Tomo: That's what you said!
Anuj: Um... Yeah I did?

A variant of "That's what she said," giving a feel of what O.J. Simpson would say. Said by people who are guilty but refuse to admit it.

1: A - It wasn't me, I swear!
B - That's what O.J. said!

2: A- I swear, I was framed!
B - That's what O.J. said!

3: A - I didn't do it!
B - That's what O.J. said!

During a conversation with someone that unintentionally says a comment that could be taken into sexual context. Referring to what a female might have said during the "act", but actually has nothing to do with sex in any way. Usually unnecessary.

(During the milking of a cow)
Boss: You're not doing it right, you gotta grasp it from the base, then squeeze all the way to the tip.
Benny: That's what she said!
